At last, I got my hands on the May BDJ Box by the 1st day of June. I paid for this month's subscription last January for 580 php. I've been really drooling to subscribe and I think, May is the perfect month for me to receive my first ever box subscription because it's my birthday month.Too bad though because the delivery was late. But nonetheless, I'm still happy to receive my beauty loot. 

INITIAL THOUGHTS

As I open the box, the smell of the toothpaste welcomed me. And upon seeing what's inside, i'm excited to see 4 deluxe size products. Major points for this box already! Also, there's a product for the hair, face, teeth and body that's why this will be enough to supply my needs for some time.

The products included in this month's box all leads to moisturizing. Perfect for June since the scorching sun is about to lie low. To be honest, I get idle when I moisturize my skin when it's too hot outside because my face tends to feel sticky in time. 

The twist for this month's beauty box is the Japanese Beauty Bundle - Kracie's Himawari Dear Beaute Oil in Shampoo and Conditioner, Pure Savon Rose Blend Scent & Classic Floral White/Lily Scent and Cure Natural Aqua Gel. As I've observed, you can get full size of these products on Beauty Bar.

How I wish this product came in a bigger size because I love how it made my hair bouncy. The shampoo is a little strong for my scalp but the conditioner neutralized it afterwards.

This body wash has a cute packaging plus a sweet scent. And a single sachet is equivalent to one wash only. Once I stepped out of the bath room, the scent still lingered on my skin. I love it!

I first heard of this product on a BDJ Box event. I got a few samples before and it did made a miracle on my face. The product is water-based making it easy to apply. Also, you can see how your face brightens right after the process.

This box really included beauty products that I've longed to try out. And one of them is the Colgate Optic White. There were 2 tubs inside that's why rest assured, I can obtain pearly white teeth after using these. (I hope!)

I've stopped using Garnier products for a while. I know it's bad because I neglected my skin care phase and instead focus on just makeup application. Yes, it's bad, but I've learned my lesson the hard way. And now, I am going back to basics. 

The good thing about this box is that there is two complementary Garnier products. At least, I can expect better results upon using both.

As far as I know, FS is a local brand and I haven't stumbled upon it either in drug store or in any makeup boutiques. But since it is a Preview Magazine Beauty Award Winner, I think it's worth a try.

It also came in the perfect timing since I just had my Maybelline Cheek Blush broke into pieces. Quite miserable for every ladies out there, right?

This product is one of my favorites in this box. Yes, I'm guilty of being lazy once I get home with all the makeup still on my face. I've tried lots of easy to remove products already but I think, this has yet to be the easiest one to use to remove makeup.

I find Facial Masks therapeutical. Especially after a long day outside under the sun. Last night, I tried placing one on my face for 20 minutes, and voila! My face got that instant firming effect. 

This is the last product for this box. Like FS, this is the first time I saw this brand. But, as I was researching about this, it has many good feedbacks. So I might as well give this one a try as well?

In total, this box is worth more or less Php 1650. That's like 65% savings unlike if you buy these products on retail. The box may have come late but still, I can say that this monthly subscription is a good buy for me. Actually, I find it addicting. I'd love to subscribe again next time if ever my money permits. Hihi. :)
