Good home for me is one of my top priorities as I step into the young adult life. As a millenial, I can't help but think of where to reside since I'll start working in a few sleeps. I've been thinking for quite some time of what kind of home will suite my lifestyle better, a house and lot or a condominium? 

My visit last Sunday at Vista Land's Lakefront in Sucat helped me decide in what I think is one of the best decisions that I'll have to make in the near future. 

In celebration of the rising of the 7-hectare Presidio Heights,  various fun activities were organized by Crown Asia to perfectly cap off the summer season that just passed us by. 

Sheila Sarinas, Vista Land's MRB Division Chief Operating Officer welcomed all the media, guests, and homeowners along with their kids.

The kids enjoyed the kite making workshop through the help of the people behind the Kite Association of the Philippines. 

Huge set up of inflatable castle were also there to give color on the 7-hectare land of Presidio Heights. Kids truly enjoyed what's in store for them in this afternoon.

They were also giving awareness of kite flying as a good activity for families to bond together instead of being sedentary in their homes with their gadgets. I'd love to support this cause as well! I remember making my own kite when I was young back then and I'd be happy to see kids in the generation today to engage in physical activities like this.

Henna tattoos face painting, and kite flying also brought the fun and creativity among the young-at-heart. 

After doing various activities in the hot morning, we were able to take a peek on a combined unit on one of Lakefront's penthouse condo units.

It's mesmerizing to know that you can buy a combined full furnished unit on their end. For me, it's a perfect investment if you intend to find peace away from the urban area. Also, Lakefront has multiple commercial developments that caters to every taste and lifestyle need. Shopping environments and notable shops and fast food chains are just in the vicinity.

What makes this area so nice is that they have an enviable location if you're either headed south or to the airport. Wanderlusts like me should really consider this kind of place.
