Sweep Till you Drop
When I ask guys what is the first thing that comes to their mind when they hear the word "Girl", they automatically answer shopping. It's like a universal truth that girls and shopping go together.
Every time I shop, I have this pet peeve of looking for my wallet at the bedrock layer of my bag. I don't like the feeling of the cashier looking at me with that how-long-will-it-take-for-you-to-get-your-wallet look.
I felt giddy when I heard about Sweep Card. It's a reloadable cash card that eliminates the need for us to bring cash on hand.
I have a sweep card with me with a load of 1,000php. C'mon and check out where I used my card.
For this day, I went to Stackers Burger Cafe to grab my brunch. I know, there are times that I crave American food!
Since it's my first time at Stackers, I'm interested to know what's on their menu!

Vanilla Milkshake - 95php (Regular)

Jack Burger - 195 php (Single)

The meal is a little fulfilling for me on a brunch. Also, I found myself literally singing Kelis' "My Milkshake brings all boys to the yard" song cuz it's just too good.
The burgers were tasty. Especially the bacon on the Jack burger! :)
It's just that I find the burgers quite small for a home made burger, don't you think?
Now that I'm about to bill out, I asked the cashier for the receipt. I though it works like a credit card. But nawp. The girl handed me the list of our order for confirmation. After that, I was asked to personally tap my sweep card to the sweep machine.
I'm liking how personal my transaction is. Rest assured that my money is secured because I can actually see the value that I spent for my order on the machine.
Onto my next stop, Powerbooks!
If I found myself having an ample time, I would definitely look for a book and start reading. Now that I saw that this establishment also accepts sweep card, the next thing that came to my mind is to buy a new book!
After my search, I found this interesting book. Asylum is a horror suspense book which also features real time pictures of old asylums compiled by the author to make an epic story. The book costs 359 php.
I've been reading this for days already and gosh, it already made me squeal upon reading some chapters.
Like the transaction I had at Stackers, the transaction was fast and smooth! The cashier knows what they were doing. That's why it seems like I know i'll be maximizing this card for a long time.
