It’s that time of the year again—Time to flaunt your Fall Winter pieces! But the problem is, do you have any good clothes for the Fall season? (Well, technically, we don’t have a Fall season in the country!)

Well, I don’t have lots of good Fall collection pieces. That’s why it became a delight to know that Uniqlo just launched their Fall Winter 2014 Collection. But this is not your typical Fall Winter Collection. For the second time around, the French Fashion Icon Ines de la Fressange collaborated with Uniqlo to bring the esprit and elegance like her first collection with the said brand.




For those who don't know Ines de la Fressange yet, she became Chanel's star model and the muse of Karl Lagerfeld. She also has a luxury lifestyle brand Ines de la Fressange Paris which features truly-Parisian products from ready to wear apparels to interior decorations. Looks like she really paved her way to the fashion industry!


Featuring smartly cut shirts, classic trench and tweed coats, casual cashmeres, chic trousers and Ines’ favorites, each piece translates easily from day to night.


I certainly felt that European vibe when I saw a tweed blazer. It's so astounding that it immediately caught my eye! Definitely my favorite. :)


There are also playful prints that you could choose from which can showcase your feminism. Since I work and go to school at the same time, I see the collection as my potential picks to wear whether I’m into a meeting or a presentation on a particular subject.


Rather than following trends, the collaboration line focuses on what Ines herself wears, to look and feel great. Each detail, from the height of the waist and opening of the neckline to overall fit, has been carefully refined through a long fitting process with Ines herself, to create a perfectly balance collection.


And each is a great addition to any woman’s, but most especially a working woman’s wardrobe.  The collection’s understated elegance is predicted to resonate across women of all ages and cultures.


The IDLF collection is now available at UNIQLO SM Megamall, SM Aura and Glorietta 5.
